The stay was pleasant, especially the spacious apartment with its well-equipped kitchenette, which was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the clean environment and lovely view of the mountains, truly enhancing our Innsbruck experience. Being able to store our luggage before check-in was an added convenience. The location was ideal for exploring various attractions, as it was within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and Innsbruck Cathedral, which we really enjoyed visiting.

The bathroom/toilet door lacks a lock, making privacy a bit of a concern. the entrance door lock isn't straightforward, which adds unnecessary confusion. Some windows have faulty handles letting in noise, and the fridge can be quite loud. The cleanliness of some kitchen items fell short, requiring a quick wash before use. the absence of a microwave or sufficient hooks in the bathroom is frustrating for those who need more amenities. Lastly, the staircase is narrow and slippery, and the dining table is wobbly, making for an awkward dining experience.
